Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented NPI / Process Engineer who will support the setup and execution of production processes in a manufacturing environment. The role involves establishing production infrastructure, managing New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have experience in manufacturing or process engineering. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, NPI, or process engineering preferred.
• Familiarity with production systems, BOM validation, and shop floor operations.
• Experience in managing engineering changes (ECN/ECO) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish production infrastructure and process flow setup.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Validate Work Order (WO) BOM for accuracy.
• Set up and maintain shop floor control system routing.
• Develop and maintain production documentation.
