Job summary

GLOBAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY in Singapore seeks an experienced Mechanical/Automation Engineer to support new product introductions and ensure production readiness. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

You will develop and maintain manufacturing documents (PFD, PFMEA, PCP, WI), drive productivity through process optimizations, and mentor junior engineers. Cleanroom experience and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering.
• 3-5 years in assembly or automation manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Office and 3D CAD software (SolidWorks).
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills; GD&T knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support new product introduction and manufacturing integration.
• Review technical docs and ensure production readiness.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for tech issues.
• Conduct feasibility studies and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing docs (PFD, PFMEA, PCP, WI).
• Drive productivity via process optimization, fixtures, and equipment upgrades.
• Support MRB, QA audits, and technical issue resolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist ad-hoc projects.
• Willing to work in cleanroom environments and travel when required.
