Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Planning professional to lead NPI demand fulfillment, build plan coordination, and WIP management across assembly, test, module and SSD operations.

Drive on-time delivery and coordinate with sites to mitigate risks and ensure smooth handoffs from NPI to sustaining production. Responsibilities include cycle time governance, risk reviews, and driving continuous improvement using analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI, with familiarity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, planning, operations, product engineering, or NPI management.
Experience working in cross-functional manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

NPI Demand Fulfillment & Execution: Manage end-to-end execution of NPI demand lines from build request through shipment.
Build Plan & Production Order Management: Coordinate build plan commitments with manufacturing sites and meet due dates.
WIP & Hot Lot Management: Monitor WIP movement and escalation processes across operations.
NPI Cycle Time Governance: Analyze cycle time and support benchmarking, reporting, and governance reviews.
NPI-to-HVM Transition Management: Track readiness and coordinate transitions between development and manufacturing.
Risk Management & Business Reviews: Lead backlog and MAD risk reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
Automation & Continuous Improvement: Drive automation initiatives and standardize processes across sites.
