Job summary

Micron Singapore is seeking a data analytics professional to support New Product Introduction programs and manufacturing optimization. You will collaborate with engineering to improve yield, line performance, and production efficiency.

The role emphasizes building analytical capabilities, automation, and effective communication across levels while contributing to site inventory management and process alignment. Internship or semiconductor experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Experience with data analytics, data visualization, and data presentation using Microsoft, SQL or Python is a plus.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate New Product introduction programme timeline with engineering and manufacturing team.
• Collaborate with engineering departments to improve overall product yield and line performance.
• Manage new part type performance indices, analyse, identify and communicate opportunities for improvement to achieve Best-in-Class product cycle time.
• Build analytical capability to improve NPI line efficiency through automation, interactive software/interface, and innovative products.
• Optimize site inventory management through analytic methodology and education.
• Align business processes, optimizing state-of-the-art scheduling logic, and setting up leading production reports and indices.
