Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Experience in data analytics, data visualization, and data presentation using Microsoft tools, SQL, or Python coding is a plus.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the New Product Introduction (NPI) programme timeline with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with engineering departments to improve overall product yield and line performance.
• Manage new part type performance indices and communicate opportunities for improvement.
• Build analytical capability to improve NPI line efficiency through automation and innovative products.
• Optimize site inventory management through analytic methodology and education.
• Align business processes and set up leading production reports.
