Job summary

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate the New Product Introduction (NPI) programme. The successful candidate will work with engineering and manufacturing teams to enhance product yield and line performance.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, strong data analytics skills, and an understanding of the semiconductor industry, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Experience in data analytics, data visualization, and data presentation using Microsoft tools, SQL, or Python coding is a plus.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.

Align business processes, optimize state‑of‑the‑art scheduling logic, and set up leading production reports and indices.
