Job summary

OPTO PRECISION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Assembler to perform assembly, inspection, cleaning, loading and unloading according to engineering instructions and work procedures.

You will support engineering trials, pilot builds, and new product introductions, operate production equipment, and report abnormalities or defects to engineers or supervisors. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential, with good attention to detail and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level, SPM, or equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Experience in manufacturing or optics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, inspection, cleaning, loading, unloading, and other manufacturing processes according to engineering instructions and work procedures.
• Support engineering trials, pilot builds, and new product introduction (NPI) activities.
• Operate production equipment and handle components according to process and quality requirements.
• Report abnormalities, defects, equipment issues, and process deviations to engineers or supervisors.
• Comply to all workplace safety and health instructions.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
