Job summary

Resmed is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to lead a high-performing team focused on prototyping, process development, validation, and NPI delivery. You will ensure manufacturability and cost targets are embedded early in product development while partnering with global stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to influence across functions, and a proven track record in leading engineering teams in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of product design, process validation, and lean manufacturing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing manufacturing engineering team.
• Ensure NPI programs deliver on time, within cost, and with quality.
• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes, validation strategies, and production methodologies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Product Development, and global stakeholders.
• Ensure manufacturability, cost, quality, and scalability are embedded early in product development.
• Enable digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing and drive continuous improvement.
