Job summary

Resmed invites a Manufacturing Project Lead based in Singapore to drive readiness for new mask products. You will lead cross‑functional teams across Product Development, Manufacturing NPI, and Supply Chain to ensure safe, efficient, and on‑schedule production.

You’ll own planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment, translating design concepts into scalable manufacturing solutions while upholding quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturing readiness for new products.
• Develop project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks and mitigations.
• Represent manufacturing in product development decisions.
• Drive Design for Manufacturability and Design for Assembly with Product Development.
• Identify processes, equipment and technologies supporting quality, cost, delivery and safety.
• Coordinate SMEs and NPI stakeholders across development, validation and readiness.
• Communicate progress and risks via reviews and governance.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, strategies and decisions.
• Resolve technical and project challenges through structured problem-solving.
• Support validation, pilot builds, ramp-up and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to deliver manufacturing readiness for new product introductions.
• Develop and manage project plans covering milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Represent Manufacturing Engineering in product development team decisions.
• Drive DFx and DFA activities with Product Development.
• Identify processes and technologies to support quality, cost, delivery and safety.
• Coordinate SMEs across process development, validation and readiness.
• Communicate project progress, risks and readiness in reviews and governance forums.
• Align Product Development, Manufacturing and Supply Chain on priorities.
• Resolve challenges through structured problem-solving and collaboration.
• Support validation, pilot builds and production ramp-up.
