Job summary
RecruitPedia Pte Ltd's client, a global leader in advanced semiconductor manufacturing solutions, seeks a Technical Lead Engineer to head an R&D team in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end product transfers, coordinate tooling and documentation with external manufacturers, and drive NPI/NPD readiness with DFM, DFA and DFT considerations.
The role requires a degree in engineering with 7–10 years in manufacturing or industrialisation, plus strong knowledge of PM processes and contract-manufacturer
Qualifications
- Engineering degree required.
- 7–10 years in Manufacturing, NPI/NPD or Industrialisation.
- Experience with semiconductor equipment, automation or precision manufacturing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product transfer and ramp-up activities, including planning and readiness reviews.
- Coordinate transfer of processes, tooling, fixtures, test systems and documentation to external partners.
- Support NPI/NPD programs by driving manufacturing readiness and applying DFM, DFA and DFT considerations.
- Act as technical interface with contract manufacturers for capability assessment and production readiness.
- Drive FAI, PPAP, process validation, changes and corrective actions across transfer lifecycles.
