Job summary

U3 Infotech Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a finance/operations professional to manage Nostro reconciliation processes, perform reconciliations and investigations, and meet daily SLAs in a dynamic environment.

You will engage stakeholders, drive automation for auto-matching rules, and conduct data analytics to derive actionable insights for process improvements and BAU issue resolution, including GLAO ownership.

Responsibilities

• To have understanding on Nostro reconciliation processes and principles
• Perform Nostro reconciliations/investigations and ensure daily Service level Agreements are duly met
• Attend to BAU escalation and Nostro reconciliation enquiries, ensuring breaks resolution within reasonable timelines independently
• To engage stakeholders pro-actively on Nostro reconciliation matters and provide support whenever required
• Enhance Nostro reconciliation automation via close collaboration with stakeholders to create auto-matching rules
• Perform data analytics on internal and external data to derive actionable insights for process improvements and BAU issues resolution
• Performs the monthly General Ledger Attestation (GLAO) ownership process
• Handling of ad hoc tasks when required
