Job summary

STEEL ALLY RESOURCES PTE. LTD. seeks an operations leader to oversee daily club operations in Singapore, supervising staff and monitoring performance while upholding cleanliness, safety and sanitation.

You will work night shifts, weekends and eves of public holidays, recruit and train staff, plan menus, and collaborate with Marketing to run promotions and events that enhance guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including supervising staff and monitoring performance, while maintaining cleanliness, safety and sanitation throughout the premises.
• Be prepared to work night shifts daily, as well as weekends and the eve of public holidays.
• Recruit, train, and manage operational staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Plan and develop menus and promotional items.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to promote the club and develop monthly promotions and events.
• Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with patrons to ensure a positive customer experience.
