Job summary

• Experience in production/manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate night shift production activities for raw materials.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower resources during the night shift through effective work assignments.
• Liaise with Quality, Engineering, R&D, EHS, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to support daily production operations.
• Assist in reviewing and updating manufacturing procedures and batch instructions.
