HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Chef for the Downtown East venue.

The role involves preparing and cooking menu items, managing the grill station, and ensuring quality and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen. The position requires permanent night shifts and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Start date is Mid-August onwards, with a 44-hour workweek, including a night shift from 6:30pm to 3:30am and a minimum of 4 hours overtime weekly.

Qualifications

• Culinary experience in a chef/kitchen role.
• Willing to work permanent night shifts including weekends.
• Able to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grill station equipment and manage cooking times.
• Marinate, season, and present grilled dishes per brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and grill station.
• Monitor ingredient levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Deliver high-quality dishes efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Follow workplace safety and sanitation procedures.
