Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Downtown East is seeking a Chef to join a well-established entertainment and hospitality venue, bringing culinary excellence to a fast-paced grill kitchen.

You will work permanent night shifts (6:30pm–3:30am), 44 hours per week, with overtime; salary SGD 2,600–3,200 monthly; benefits include medical and dental coverage, company transport for late shifts, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Relevant kitchen or culinary experience is preferred.
• Able to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays based on the roster.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grill station equipment and monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality and food safety compliance.
• Marinate, season, skewer, and present grilled dishes in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene of the kitchen and grill station.
• Monitor ingredient levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Deliver high-quality dishes efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Comply with workplace safety, food hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
