Job summary

SQ HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to lead a team in our services operations.

You will report to the Senior Supervisor and be expected to be available for weekend, public holidays, and night shifts to ensure smooth daily cleaning tasks. Responsibilities include directing cleaning workers for toilets, dish areas, and general upkeep, checking machinery, coordinating work schedules, and maintaining tidy dish stations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team of workers, assist and hands-on together with the workers to carry out the assigned work (washing of toilets, mopping, vacuuming, jetting, scraping and washing of mirrors) within the time schedule.
• Carry out routine check of machineries and carry out minor repairs and report to the operation manager if required major repairs or replacement.
• Reporting to the Supervisor or other senior managers as required.
• Preparing job descriptions and work schedules.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Keep dish area free of clutter and organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to perform cleaning tasks in a timely manner.
• Oversee washing of toilets, mopping, vacuuming, jetting and mirrors.
• Check machineries and report minor/major repairs as needed.
• Prepare and coordinate work schedules and job descriptions.
• Set up dish stations and maintain organized work areas.
