Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a versatile facilities technician to maintain premises and equipment, prepare and arrange rooms for various functions, and assist with asset movement and labeling. You will report safety issues and coordinate with the Reporting Officer on malfunctions.

The role requires at least one year of related experience, willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and familiarity with SAP is an advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Able to do shift work, inclusive of weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and maintenance of premises and equipment.
• Prepare and arrange rooms for different functions in the Home.
• Assist in asset movement and labeling of assets.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the Reporting Officer.
• In charge of the Fire Command Centre, CCTV monitoring system, fire safety alarm system and attend to security issues, eg. activate SCDF when required.
• Participate as member of the Home's Fire Safety Committee and support Operations to attend to any fire haze.
• Ensure that safety precautions are taken in the course of work.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Any other duties as assigned.
