Job summary

A DREAMWORKS COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Process Engineer to support backend assembly and test processes in a Singapore facility. You will monitor yield, test times, scrap, and key indicators to drive improvements across production lines.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and strong analytical/troubleshooting abilities. Experience with process setup or failure analysis is a plus, with knowledge of Python, C/C++, or SQL considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing/process environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Exposure to process setup or failure analysis is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Python, C/C++, or SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support backend assembly/test processes by monitoring yield, test time, scrap, and key process indicators.
• Perform root cause analysis, failure analysis, and drive process improvement.
• Support test process documentation, work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Work closely with engineering, equipment, and automation teams on optimization and issue resolution.
