Seagate invites applications for a Supervisor on permanent night shift in the Drive Operations group. You will supervise Operators, ensure production targets, maintain quality, and manage costs while upholding safety standards.

We seek a candidate with a Diploma in Engineering, prior supervisory manufacturing experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This on-site role is based in Woodlands, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Proven experience of a supervisory role in manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels to meet targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing specialists fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team to enhance skills and discipline.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
