Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an Air Export Operations Officer for the night shift in Singapore. You will coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse, process shipping documents and AWBs, and ensure accurate data input for shipments, including DG and temperature-controlled cargo.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of logistics experience, are comfortable with software, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with urgency. Salary is SGD 2,600–3,000 monthly in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters.
• Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs.
• Ensure input of dimensions, weight, rates and data into system is accurate.
• Verify compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo.
• Send pre-alerts to overseas destinations.
• Monitor consolidations cutoff and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipments.
