Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a hands-on technology professional for its in-house Information Security Services team to support non-human identity (NHI) and machine identity capabilities across environments.

You will operate, test, automate and govern security services in a mission-critical setting. The role requires production support experience, scripting skills, and freedom to learn across security, infrastructure, cloud and software engineering domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in production support, software engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, IAM, cybersecurity or related technology roles.
• Hands-on scripting or programming using Shell, Python, PowerShell, Java, Go or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Operate, support and govern NHI and machine identity services across data centers, public cloud platforms and container environments.
• Build, test and maintain scripts and automation to improve investigation, health checks, evidence collection, reporting and operational efficiency.
• Perform production monitoring, health checks, log review, incident investigation and response within service levels.
• Work with application, infrastructure, cloud, SRE, IAM and vendor teams to troubleshoot integration issues and drive incidents to closure.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, SOPs and audit evidence for governance and compliance.
