Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding service and support daily store operations across departments. You will engage customers, learn product knowledge and help with placement, visuals, and stock room tasks.

The role requires 16+ years, 1–2 years in retail, and a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays. You will operate the POS system, support promotions and loyalty programs, and maintain store standards while collaborating with team

Qualifications

• 16+ years or older.
• O Level or above.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays andPublic Holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency; able to operate POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to Crocs customers using the CHARM service model.
• Proactively contribute to a positive team environment with ideas and concerns.
• Learn & assist in store departments: consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations including POS, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness.
• Lead by example with Store Management to improve key performance indicators via sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Crocs asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters the sharing of suggestions, ideas and concerns
• Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations such as Point of Sale (POS) system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Leads by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Must be 16 years or older
• Possess at least O Level or above
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
• Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail Point of Sale system
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment

Salary or Pay Range: $11.44 - $13.17

The posted pay range reflects geographic market conditions and may vary by location. Compensation will always meet or exceed applicable local minimum wage requirements.
