Job summary

Crocs in Singapore is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and support store operations. You will learn across departments, assist with consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation and stock room management, and handle POS duties in a fast-paced retail setting.

We seek energetic individuals aged 16+, with at least O Level, 1–2 years retail experience, fluent English, and willingness to rotate shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Hold at least O Level or above.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our CROCS service model.
• Contribute to an enjoyable team environment with ideas and concerns.
• Learn and assist in various departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and promotions, loyalty programs, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters the sharing of suggestions, ideas and concerns
• Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations such as Point of Sale (POS) system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Leads by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Must be 16 years or older
• Possess at least O Level or above
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
• Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail Point of Sale system
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment

Salary or Pay Range: $11.44 - $13.17
