Job summary

Applied Materials is seeking a highly skilled engineering professional in Singapore to lead the development and release of product BOMs for complex modules, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize manufacturing, testing, and sourcing strategies. You will perform 3D solid model analysis, participate in design reviews, and drive cost, quality, and cycle-time improvements through DFA/DFM methods.

The role also involves change control processes and vendor collaboration to support new product

Qualifications

Intermediate knowledge of NPME role and responsibilities.
Ability to independently develop, implement, and release new product BOMs for complex modules.
Experience with manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategy development.

Responsibilities

Develop and validate Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for medium complex modules.
Perform 3D solid model analysis including Master Layout (MLO) and Digital Mock Up (DMU).
Participate in design reviews and provide DFA/DFTe/DFTp/ITo feedback to drive cost, quality, and cycle-time improvements.
Lead change requests and execute change control processes (NSRs, ECOs, CCBs, SPSs, ESWs).
Document product issues and perform RCCA; lead LTCA disposition for projects.
Lead the managed build process for programs/projects.
Provide technical support and training to Applied Materials and contract manufacturing resources.
