Job summary

HP SINGAPORE (PRIVATE) LIMITED is launching a 15-month SPARK Management Associate Program. You will undergo an accelerated induction to fast-track your career in technology, learning across the business and preparing to join a segment after graduation.

You will support new product introduction by defining test plans, executing reliability validations, and building dashboards to monitor KPIs. A strong engineering foundation and exposure to RPA/ML are assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong data-driven and analytical thinking.
• Experience with RPA, ML, and PowerBI preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive test plans and execute product reliability validations prior to launch.
• Use test equipment and software tools to conduct functional, environmental, and stress testing.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive, high-volume tasks using RPA and machine learning.
• Build dashboards using PowerBI to track KPIs and drive decision making.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to resolve issues early in the product lifecycle.

What a New Product Introduction Engineer does at HP:

• Support new product development & introduction by defining comprehensive test plans and executing product reliability validations prior to launch.

• Employ a variety of test equipment and software tools to conduct functional, environmental, and stress testing to ensure conformity to requirements.

• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to automate repetitive, high-volume tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency using RPA & Machine Leaning.

• Build dashboards using data visualization tools like PowerBI to track KPIs & drive decision making.

• Collaborate closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve potential issues early in the product lifecycle.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.

• Strong engineering foundation with an ability to grasp new technologies and concepts quickly.

• Prior experience using RPA, Machine Learning, & PowerBI.
