Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage daily commercial and operational activities for assigned accounts in Singapore.

You will work closely with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to fulfill customer requirements, manage quotations, and track orders across CRM and ERP systems. The role requires a diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned customers, managing day-to-day commercial, operational, and account-related matters.
• Partner with Sales Managers to support customer requirements, account priorities, and business opportunities.
• Act as the communication bridge between global customers, sales teams, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, supply chain, logistics, and finance.
• Coordinate customer sample requests, including availability, lead times, shipping, delivery, and support for new projects, design-in, qualification, and validation activities.
• Manage customer technical inquiries related to connectors, cable assemblies, drawings, specifications, applications, and certifications, working with relevant technical teams to ensure timely responses.
• Support quotations and commercial activities, including pricing, MOQ, lead times, product availability, order status, and customer follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, order, project, and activity information in CRM and ERP systems, and support sales, backlog, forecast, and management reporting.
• Take ownership of customer escalations, coordinating cross-functional actions, tracking progress, and driving issues through timely resolution.
• Keep customers, Sales Managers, and leadership informed of critical supply, delivery, technical, quality, and commercial developments.
• Support customer meetings, business reviews, sales activities, and other projects or initiatives required by the global sales organization.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
