The role involves collaborating with internal teams, attending meetings, and ensuring underwriting processes comply with policies and regulatory requirements, while providing ongoing stakeholder support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with computers, software, and databases.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic allocation of cases considering complexity, workload, and stakeholder expertise.
• Ensure smooth distribution of cases to stakeholders and optimize workloads.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and preferences for allocation.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Support underwriting-related projects with planning and milestone delivery.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant underwriting processes.
• Provide ongoing support to stakeholders.
• Analyze allocation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Duties:

• Strategic allocation of cases, considering factors such as case complexity, workload, and stakeholder expertise.
• Ensure the smoothdistribution of cases to stakeholders, optimizing workloads for efficient case clearance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and preference for case allocation, and communicates allocation decision effectively.
• Perform administrative duties
• Supporting underwriting-related projects, including attending meetings, planning, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Working with cross-functional teams to provide timely support and services to internal & external customers and ensure that underwriting process are accurate and compliant to internal policy and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to stakeholders
• Regular analyze case allocation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
• other ad hoc duties as assigned
