Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. (SG) is seeking a Trade Operations Analyst to manage trade capture, documentation, and the end-to-end lifecycle of derivative transactions.

You will provide analytical and operational support to Sales, Product Desks and Business Execution teams across derivatives and securities. Responsibilities include monitoring processing risks, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with Technology to resolve production issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
• Able to start immediately or within short notice

Responsibilities

• Manage trade capture, trade documentation and approval processes, including product risk ratings and loanable value assessments.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of derivative transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of trade events.
• Provide analytical and operational support to Sales, Product Desks and Business Execution teams across derivatives and securities transactions.
• Monitor processing risks, investigate discrepancies and unusual trade position movements, and conduct root cause analysis to strengthen controls.
• Ensure compliance with audit, risk and control policies, escalating issues promptly and managing client and business-related queries.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including participation in UAT, test case reviews and validation of test evidence.
• Support team operations during peak periods and staff absences, while assisting with onboarding, knowledge sharing and on-the-job training for new team members.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
