Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a trade finance operations role in Singapore within a well-established international bank.

You will handle import/export LC and documentary collections, perform sanctions screening, and ensure documentation meets regulatory and audit standards. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of trade finance experience, knowledge of SWIFT message types, and familiarity with ICC rules (UCP/URC/ISBP).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of trade finance operations experience in a bank
• Working knowledge of SWIFT message types relevant to trade finance
• Familiarity with ICC rules – UCP, URC, and ISBP

Responsibilities

• Process Export Letters of Credit and Documentary Collections settlements
• Conduct sanctions screening on trade transactions and coordinate with Compliance on clearances
• Maintain documentation to audit-ready standards and support regulatory compliance
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Escalate and mitigate operational risks in line with the bank's framework
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong service quality
• Support project activities including UAT and implementation
