Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd. is seeking a professional to support trade capture and lifecycle events for derivatives and securities. The role is based at Expo, Singapore, on a 6-month contract, with working hours 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, 1-2 years of related experience, and strong numerical and analytical abilities. You will join a collaborative team, handling queries and assisting across sales, product and business units.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good team player with ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work well under pressure.

• Support trade capture, documentation and approval for derivatives and securities.
• Manage derivative trade lifecycle events and ensure timely processing.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to sales, product and business teams.
• Investigate trade discrepancies, manage processing risks and ensure controls.
• Handle and elevate client and business queries promptly.
• Support team training, onboarding and peak-period activities.
• Work with Technology to resolve production issues and participate in UAT testing.
