Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Program Manager to support the Innovation Lab's day-to-day operations and coordinate cross-functional squads exploring future-focused opportunities.

You will manage project intake, sprint planning, progress tracking and governance, while shaping engagement programs with universities and talent initiatives. The role invites AI-enabled planning and reporting using Claude Code to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, innovation programs, product operations, consulting, accelerator or incubator programs, fintech, technology delivery, partnerships, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Innovation Lab to ensure initiatives are planned, coordinated, tracked and communicated effectively.
• Coordinate and support squads exploring future-focused opportunities.
• Manage project intake, squad formation, sprint planning, progress tracking, demos and reporting.
• Track the innovation project pipeline and support planning and execution activities.
• Oversee Innovation Lab operations including equipment, onboarding and resource coordination.
• Coordinate ecosystem showcases, workshops and engagement activities including logistics and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and manage university engagement programs and student work-study opportunities.
• Organise campus talks, workshops, innovation challenges and other talent engagement activities.
• Manage governance processes including reporting, dashboards, trackers and status updates.
• Assist with budget planning, procurement coordination and operational financial management across Innovation Lab activities.
• Prepare executive-ready updates, presentations and communications for leadership.
• Support AI-first ways of working using tools like Claude Code to improve planning, content creation and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in program management, innovation programs, product operations, consulting, accelerator or incubator programs, fintech, technology delivery, partnerships, or related functions.

• Strong AI-first mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve planning, content creation, reporting, communications, and execution.

• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities and tight timelines.

• Strong program/project management capabilities, including planning, governance, reporting, and execution.
