Job summary

You will engage with universities, organize ecosystem showcases and workshops, and manage governance dashboards, delivering executive-ready updates for leadership. An AI-first mindset with Claude Code experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, innovation programs, product operations, consulting, accelerator or incubator programs, fintech, technology delivery, partnerships, or related functions.
• Strong AI-first mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve planning, content creation, reporting, communications, and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Strong program/project management capabilities, including planning, governance, reporting, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Innovation Lab.
• Coordinate and support innovation squads exploring future-focused opportunities.
• Manage project intake, sprint planning, progress tracking, demos, and reporting.
• Track the innovation project pipeline and support planning and execution activities.
• Coordinate ecosystem showcases, workshops, and engagement activities, including logistics and communications.
• Develop university engagement programs and student work-study opportunities.
• Organise campus talks, workshops, innovation challenges, and talent engagement activities.
• Manage program governance processes including reporting, dashboards, trackers, and status updates.
• Support budget planning, procurement coordination, and operational financial management.
• Prepare executive-ready updates, presentations, and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support AI-first ways of working including Claude Code to improve planning, content creation, reporting, communications, and program delivery.
