Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking a senior program operations professional to support the Innovation Lab. You will organize and coordinate multiple initiatives, align squads around future-focused opportunities, and ensure projects move from intake through execution with robust governance and reporting.

You will partner with leadership, universities and external stakeholders to deliver engaging workshops, showcases and talent programs, while managing budgets and procurement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, innovation programs, product operations, consulting, accelerator or incubator programs, fintech, technology delivery, partnerships, or related functions.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve planning, content creation, reporting, communications, and execution.
• Ability to independently lead and coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives with tight timelines.
• Strong program/project management capabilities including planning, governance, reporting and execution.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Innovation Lab, ensuring initiatives are planned, coordinated, tracked and communicated.
• Coordinate and support innovation squads exploring future-focused opportunities.
• Manage project intake, squad formation, sprint planning, progress tracking, demos and reporting.
• Track the innovation project pipeline and support planning and execution activities.
• Oversee Innovation Lab operations including equipment, onboarding, resource coordination and readiness.
• Coordinate ecosystem showcases, workshops and engagement activities, including logistics and communications.
• Develop and manage university engagement programs and student work-study opportunities.
• Organise campus talks, workshops and innovation challenges to engage talent.
• Manage governance processes including dashboards, trackers and status updates.
• Support budget planning, procurement coordination and operational financial management.
• Prepare executive-ready updates, presentations and communications for leadership.
• Support AI-first ways of working with tools to improve planning, reporting and program delivery.
