Qualifications

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, or a related biomedical field.
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology, stem cell culture, and mouse handling.
• Ability to independently design and execute research projects.
• Passion for translational science and achieving high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent teamwork and communication across diverse scientific disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Perform protein- and cell-based assays, including recombinant protein purification, native protein purification, and immunoprecipitation.
• Culture and manipulate human stem cells and iPSC-derived models.
• Conduct in vivo studies in mice, including behavioural assays and tissue processing.
• Investigate and validate biomarkers using ELISA, flow cytometry, digital PCR, and seed amplification assay.
• Proactively identify research opportunities, troubleshoot experimental challenges, and contribute innovative ideas to advance project objectives.
• Maintain accurate records, analyse data rigorously, and communicate findings clearly during team meetings and scientific discussions.
