Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is hiring a Network Engineer in Singapore to provide technical consulting support for Cisco and Aruba networking solutions. Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Consulting support to Sales team for Cisco / Aruba networking solution
• Participate in requirement gathering to propose a suitable design that meets customer requirement
• Design a technically feasible solution to meet client requirement
• Participate in customer engagements and presales activities such as solutions meeting, presentation, RFP responses, BOM creation including professional services requirement.
• Conduct proof‑of‑concept to showcase proposed solution technical feasibility if required
• Proactively participate in maintaining internal knowledgebase sharing technical findings within the Team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as network engineer.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as network presales.
• Possess at least one CCNP.
• Familiar with Cisco catalyst, cisco nexus, routers, network monitoring, and Cisco wireless solution.
• Familiar with Aruba CX switch solution and Aruba wireless solution.
• Mandatory to have experience in designing campus networking. Understand how to propose a solution for data center is a plus.
• Preferably understand Cisco SDN solution.
• Preferably understand F5 solution & MPLS network.
• Familiar with use of automation tool and script such as python and ansible to conceptualize and create use cases is preferred.
• Basic knowledge on security solution such as Firewall and NAC.
• Self‑motivated, and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently within a fast‑evolving technical environment.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible in approach and able to adapt to new situations and issues.
• Good team player and proactive attitude.
• Good knowledge with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Team Player highly spirited, sharing presales experience with peers.
• Able to learn and adopt new skills based on the relevant training provided.
