Job summary

NTT Data Singapore is seeking a technical professional to deliver solutions for banking clients in Singapore. The role emphasizes security, change processes, installation configurations, and end-to-end ownership of project outcomes.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, break/fix handling, client communication, and documentation of SOPs. You will manage escalations and contribute to project administration, with opportunities to present to the customer organization.

Responsibilities

• Understands the Banks security, processes/policies & change windows.
• Delivers technical solutions to clients and takes responsibility for the standards of work, project sign off and client satisfaction in Day 1.
• Provides support, assisting with troubleshooting and design, configuration and escalated problem management, only when required.
• Maintains strong ownership on the tasks assigned and ensures completion end-to-end according to the expected project outcome.
• Performs configurations, action installations and attends to break/fix events.
• Owns larger portions of an installation, break/fix incidents at a low to medium level of complexity.
• Takes responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting.
• Responds to escalated client requests and supports client applications to a first line resolution.
• Escalates complex problems to the relevant third parties.
• Assists with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes.
• Compiles and maintains project administration.
• Conducts elementary presentations within the customer's organization.
