Job summary

WESTBURY PARTNERS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Network Reliability Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize high-performance, low-latency global network infrastructure across data centres and colocation facilities.

You will troubleshoot, upgrade, and secure complex networks while collaborating with international teams. Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years in financial services or enterprise networks, hands-on expertise with Arista, Cisco, and PAN-OS, and strong scripting in Python for automation.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience managing complex, high-performance networks in financial services, enterprise, or service provider environments.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture and enterprise network design.
• Experience with Arista EOS, Cisco IOS, Nexus OS and PAN-OS.
• In-depth knowledge of BGP, OSPF, PIM and MSDP routing and multicast protocols.
• Proven troubleshooting across network hardware, operating systems and protocols.
• Familiarity with MRTG, Graphite, Grafana and Nagios for monitoring.
• Python scripting for network automation and operational efficiency.
• Experience with IPSec, GRE, VPNs and security appliances.
• Exposure to Fortinet and Palo Alto networking security technologies.
• Strong Unix/Linux administration skills.
• Excellent documentation, troubleshooting and collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities

Engineer and optimize mission-critical global network infrastructure, delivering reliable low-latency connectivity across trading, data centre and colocation environments through advanced networking, automation, security and performance engineering.

What You'll Do:

Join a specialist Network Reliability Engineering team responsible for maintaining and enhancing sophisticated global network infrastructure. You'll work with high-performance, low-latency technologies across international colocation facilities, data centres and office environments. Combining hands-on engineering with network design, troubleshooting and optimization, you'll help ensure resilient connectivity and exceptional performance across mission-critical infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Design, deploy and support high-performance, low-latency global network infrastructure.
2. Manage routing, switching, multicast and network security across international colocation facilities.
3. Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize complex network environments alongside global engineering teams.
4. Execute network upgrades, configuration changes, migrations and infrastructure improvements.
5. Perform market connectivity testing and telecommunications circuit migrations.
6. Support data centre infrastructure projects and large-scale network migrations.
7. Implement network reliability improvements across hardware, software and connectivity platforms.
8. Manage relationships with telecommunications providers, exchanges and external infrastructure partners.
9. Maintain and troubleshoot network security appliances, VPNs and connectivity solutions.

11. Develop technical documentation covering network architecture, topology and infrastructure design.
