Job summary

DCI CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a network operations professional to monitor and maintain enterprise infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless devices. You will ensure service availability and SLA adherence while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role covers firmware upgrades, patch management, and change implementations, plus on-call support and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related technical field is required.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and security.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
• Familiar with network monitoring tools and log analysis.
• Preferred AWS Cloud networking experience and related services.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are a plus; fresh grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine operation, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity to ensure service delivery.
• Analyze network logs to identify issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Respond to and resolve network incidents in line with SLAs.
• Plan firmware upgrades, software patching, and security updates for devices.
• Support change management activities including rollout and rollback planning.
• Maintain network documentation and incident logs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for troubleshooting.
• Support AWS cloud networking and connectivity between on-prem and cloud.
• Participate in on-call support and scheduled maintenance as needed.
