Job summary

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• Min. 2 year of relevant experience operating in a similar role.
• Strong foundation in network knowledge.
• May be required to provide on‑call support.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual server environments across client sites.
• Configure and support client switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Manage and optimize client virtual machines using VMware or Hyper‑V clusters.
• Administer client Active Directory domains, user permissions, and Group Policies.
• Resolve escalated Tier 2/3 technical incidents while meeting service agreements.
• Execute proactive patch management, firmware updates, and backup verifications for client systems.
