Job summary

Tyson Jay Management in Singapore is seeking an enterprise networking professional for a 12-month renewable contract. You will provide technical support, design network solutions, prepare proposals, and present to customers.

The role requires 3+ years in enterprise networking, routing, switching, wireless, firewall, SD‑WAN, and strong communication. Our client is open to junior candidates with networking foundation and hands-on exposure. Base salary up to SGD 7,000/month with a 1-month end bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in enterprise networking, solution design or network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, firewall, SD-WAN, and enterprise networking technologies.
• Experience preparing technical proposals or customer-facing technical presentations.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultation for enterprise networking solutions across customer environments.
• Design and review network solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and BOQ for project opportunities.
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support solution implementation, troubleshooting, and post-deployment activities.
• Collaborate with regional and engineering teams to develop and deliver network solutions.
• Conduct technical workshops, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and partners.
• Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and contribute to solution improvements.

• Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for project opportunities
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Support solution implementation, troubleshooting, and post-deployment activities where required
• Work closely with regional and engineering teams to develop and deliver network solutions
• Conduct technical workshops, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners
• Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and support continuous improvement of solution offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise networking, solution design, or network engineering environments
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, firewall, SD-WAN, and enterprise networking technologies
• Experience preparing technical proposals, solution documentation, or customer-facing technical presentations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers, partners, and technical stakeholders
