Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking a network professional to deliver enterprise networking solutions on a 12-month renewable contract in Singapore. The role involves designing, presenting, and implementing network architectures and related documentation, with a base up to SGD 7,000 per month and a 1-month end bonus.

The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage customers, partners, and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise networking, solution design, or network engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, firewall, SD-WAN, and enterprise networking technologies.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, solution documentation, or customer-facing technical presentations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers, partners, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultation for enterprise networking solutions across customer environments.
• Design and review network solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for project opportunities.
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support solution implementation, troubleshooting, and post-deployment activities where required.
• Work closely with regional and engineering teams to develop and deliver network solutions.
• Conduct technical workshops, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners.
• Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and support continuous improvement of solution offerings.
