OX CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced network engineer to design, implement, and support complex enterprise networks and hybrid cloud connectivity.

You will work on on-premises data centres, cloud integration with GCC/GCC+ and Microsoft Azure, and manage ExpressRoute, VPN, MPLS, and SD-WAN across multi-project environments. The role requires deep expertise in routing, switching, security, HA/DR, and network monitoring, with strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum 8–10 years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• At least 5 years in network architecture, design, or consultancy.
• Strong hands-on experience with large-scale on-prem networks and data centres.
• Proven experience designing hybrid cloud networking with Azure and GCC/GCC+.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, security, HA, and DR.
• Experience with ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, MPLS, SD-WAN.
• Familiarity with IPAM, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Singapore Government ICT policies and procurement is a plus.
• Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN, campus networks, data centre networks, wireless infrastructure, Internet edge, and DMZ architecture.
• Develop network architecture and hybrid cloud connectivity solutions integrating on-premises with GCC/GCC+ and Azure.
• Design and manage ExpressRoute, Site-to-Site VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and other hybrid connectivity solutions.
• Implement and maintain network segmentation, high availability, disaster recovery, load balancing, reverse proxies, and security controls.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VXLAN, VRRP/HSRP, QoS, IPv4/IPv6, NAT.
• Support Azure networking services: Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, WAF, NSG, Front Door, Virtual WAN, DNS, hybrid name resolution.
• Conduct network design reviews, governance, technical assurance, and performance monitoring across projects.
• Support procurement, technical evaluation, and vendor/service-provider coordination.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements, ICT policies, and cloud governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN, campus networks, data centre networks, wireless infrastructure, Internet edge, and DMZ architecture.

• Develop network architecture and hybrid cloud connectivity solutions integrating on-premises infrastructure with GCC/GCC+ and Microsoft Azure.

• Design and manage ExpressRoute, Site-to-Site VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and other hybrid connectivity solutions.

• Implement and maintain network segmentation, high availability, disaster recovery, load balancing, reverse proxies, and network security controls.

• Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols, including BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VXLAN, VRRP/HSRP, QoS, IPv4/IPv6, and NAT.

• Support Azure networking services, including Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, WAF, NSG, Front Door, Virtual WAN, DNS, and hybrid name resolution.

• Conduct network design reviews, architecture governance, technical assurance, and performance monitoring across multiple projects.

• Support network infrastructure procurement, technical evaluation, and vendor and service-provider coordination.

• Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity requirements, ICT policies, and cloud governance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, including at least 5 years in network architecture, solution design, or technical consultancy.

• Strong hands-on experience with large-scale on-premises enterprise networks, data centres, routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure.

• Proven experience designing and supporting hybrid cloud networking with Microsoft Azure and GCC/GCC+ environments.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise routing, switching, network security, segmentation, high availability, and disaster recovery.

• Experience with ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, MPLS, SD-WAN, or equivalent hybrid connectivity technologies.

• Familiarity with IP Address Management (IPAM), network monitoring, performance management, and network troubleshooting.

• Experience working with Singapore Government agencies or Statutory Boards is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of Singapore Government ICT policies, cybersecurity requirements, cloud governance, and network infrastructure procurement is an advantage.

• Strong technical documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
