Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a Network Engineer in Singapore with 8-10 years of enterprise network engineering experience, including at least 5 years in architecture or technical consultancy.

You will design, implement and support large-scale networks across campus, data centres, WAN, Internet edge, and wireless environments, with emphasis on hybrid cloud connectivity, redundancy, and high availability.

Qualifications

Network Engineer

8-10 years of enterprise network engineering experience, including at least 5 years in network architecture, solution design, or technical consultancy.

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise network infrastructure, including campus networks, data centres, WAN, Internet edge, and wireless environments.
• Experience designing and supporting hybrid network architectures integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of data centre networking, network segmentation, redundancy, and high-availability design.
• Experience with hybrid connectivity technologies such as ExpressRoute, Site-to-Site VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and Direct Connect (or equivalent).
• Experience working within Singapore Government agencies or Statutory Boards is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government ICT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and cloud governance frameworks is advantageous.
• Experience supporting procurement activities related to network infrastructure equipment and professional services is an advantage.
• Experience leading network architecture reviews, governance activities, technical assurance, and consultancy across multiple projects.
