Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) PTE LTD is seeking experienced professionals for Senior Engineer and Lead roles in Singapore. You will provide operational support and deployment for cloud infrastructure, diagnose issues across large-scale data centres, and maintain SDN services including DNS, ExpressRoute, and related networking solutions.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration across technical teams, and leadership experience for the Lead position. Standby/on-call rotations may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in large-scale data centre environments for the Senior Engineer position.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in large-scale data centre environments for the Lead position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and business functions.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and proven experience managing or leading technical teams will be advantageous for the Lead role.

• Support and maintain Software-Defined Networking (SDN) services and cloud networking solutions, including Azure Front Door (AFD), Distributed Denial‑of‑Service (DDoS) protection, Domain Name System (DNS), ExpressRoute, and related services.
• Participate in standby and on‑call rotations to provide after‑hours operational support when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in large‑scale data centre environments for the Senior Engineer position.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Kusto, Java, Python, and Perl.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Linux-based operating systems.
• Experience with virtual networking technologies, including SDN, Virtual Networks (VNet), DNS, ExpressRoute, Traffic Manager, and Load Balancers.
• Familiarity with machine-readable data formats such as JSON and XML.
• Relevant networking certifications such as CCNP or JNCIP is a plus.
• Practical experience in network automation, infrastructure orchestration, and network security operations.
