Job summary

SANCRO PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to support, maintain and implement enterprise network infrastructure in Singapore.

The role covers network operations, L2/L3 troubleshooting, network security, project delivery, vendor management and 24x7 on-call support. You will install, configure and maintain network and firewall equipment across multiple sites, work with Cisco, Aruba and Cisco ACI, and participate in RFQ/RFP processes and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba and Cisco ACI.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS and MPLS.
• Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower or Check Point firewalls.
• Experience with F5 Load Balancer, Infoblox and Cisco ISE is preferred.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, ACL, NAT, VPN and network security.
• CCNP is preferred; CCIE is an added advantage.
• Willing to participate in 24×7 on-call support, approximately 1–2 weeks per month.

Responsibilities

Network & Firewall Operations

• Perform preventive maintenance and follow change management procedures.
• Monitor network performance and support capacity planning.
• Maintain network and firewall asset inventory.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Support DR/BCP planning, testing and implementation.

Project& Vendor Management

• Support network infrastructure project planning, implementation and deployment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical delivery and issue resolution.
• Support RFQ/RFP, technical evaluation, and procurement activities.
• Prepare technical specifications, network diagrams and project documentation.

Requirements
