Job summary

Intersoft is a global business and technology consulting firm seeking a Network L2 professional to support troubleshooting and resolution for first- and second-level teams. You will manage Cisco security devices (ASA 5555-X/5585-X), Juniper NetScreen and McAfee Firewalls, and Cisco data/security devices.

• Graduate degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, problem identification, and resolution for first- and second-level teams.
• Managing Cisco Security devices (ASA 5555-X and 5585-X), Juniper Net screen, McAfee Firewall.
• Managing Cisco Data & Security Devices: ASDM, CSM and DCNM.
• Managing servers (AAA, SNMP, Syslog, NTP, DHCP, FTP, DNS, IPS, VPN).
• Managing Cisco Routers and Switches (Catalyst 6500/4500/3750/2960/3560).
• Managing Alcatel Omni Switches 6850 and Omni Switch 9000.
• Experience with TACACS+, Radius, and Cisco Access Control System.
• Network access consulting for new projects; implement new solutions and risk mitigation techniques.
• Provision/de-provision network access for users and devices; experience in wireless environments.
• Designing IP addressing schemas; conducting IP network security assessments; measuring assets risk and mitigation.
• Coordination with security governance teams; strong networking background for troubleshooting access control and network issues.

Job Description

Network L2 Ø Good Knowledge troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution and/or resolution recommendation activities to first- and second-level teams

Ø Managing of Cisco Security devices; ASA appliance 5555-X and 5585-X, Juniper Net screen & (including virtual firewall contexts) , McAfee Firewall

Ø Managing of Cisco Data & Security Devices; ASDM, CSM and DCNM

Ø Managing of Servers; AAA, SNMP, Syslog, NTP, DHCP, FTP, DNS, IPS, VPN, AAA, DNS, DHCP, load balancers

Ø Managing of Cisco Routers and Switches Catalyst 6500,4500,3750,2960 & 3560 Series

Ø Managing of Alcatel Switches Omni Switches 6850 & Omni Switch 9000

Ø Significant exposure to TACACS+, Radius, and Cisco Access Control System

Ø Network Access consulting for new projects

Ø Implementation of new solutions and risk mitigation techniques

Ø Receipt, evaluation and implementation of inbound Network Access user and device provisioning/de-provisioning service requests

Ø Experience in Wireless Environment

Ø Designing the new IP addressing schema as per requirement.

Ø Assessment and audit of IP network security

Ø Assets risk measurement and Mitigation/Minimize risk

Ø Network security issue resolving approach
