Job summary

DBiz.ai is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to plan, design, procure, implement, and operate the organisation’s network and endpoint infrastructure across multiple sites. You will deliver secure connectivity, support day-to-day operations and incident response, and work with vendors to deliver infrastructure projects such as new site setups and on-prem deployments.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure and desktop/endpoint operations.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, SDN, routing, and network security.
• Solid experience with Microsoft endpoint ecosystem (M365, Office, Intune).
• Familiarity with ITIL v3 practices.
• Experience in vendor and contract management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently; willingness to support after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of network infrastructure from planning to BAU operations.
• Evaluate and implement network solutions to improve capability, security, and manageability.
• Act as network SME for business/ICT projects with architecture inputs.
• Lead and deliver network infrastructure projects including vendor coordination.
• Perform incident response and troubleshooting for network issues with timely updates.
• Execute firmware/software upgrades under change management.
• Ensure compliance with Government IM8 policies and hardening guidelines.
• Define and maintain operations/support standards and lifecycle sustainment plans.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and BAU tasks; handle ad-hoc work.
• Oversee endpoint lifecycle: planning, design, procurement, deployment, maintenance, retirement.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, and dashboards to ensure device health and compliance.
• Drive endpoint initiatives: provisioning, imaging, deployment, patching, firmware updates.
• Ensure endpoint security and compliance with ICT policies; assist vulnerability remediation.
• Act as endpoint SME for projects including solution design and operational support.
• Lead endpoint projects end-to-end: procurement, vendor management, stakeholder engagement.
