Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is recruiting an Infrastructure Engineer to shape the design, implementation, and operation of network and endpoint infrastructure across multiple sites in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end delivery, from planning and procurement to deployment and support, ensuring secure, reliable connectivity and service delivery.

The role demands 5+ years in desktop and network operations, strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, SDN, and Microsoft Endpoint tools, and ITIL v3 alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in both desktop operations and network infrastructure operations.
• Strong knowledge across LAN, WAN, SDN, internet routing, security, and server/LAN room setup.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint suite (M365, Office, Intune) and ITIL v3.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate end-to-end network infrastructure.
• Lead on-site IT support engineers and oversee project deployment.
• Plan and manage Endpoint infrastructure projects with procurement and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with Government ICT policies and audit requirements.
• Respond to incidents and provide regular status updates.
