Job summary

APBA TG HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a software/network engineer to support automation and monitoring initiatives. The role involves developing code, integrating with APIs, and maintaining monitoring systems across Unix and Windows environments.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, testing modifications, and providing 24x7 on-call support. A diploma or degree in IT with programming and networking knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, UNIX scripting, SQL.
• Familiar with web technologies (ReactJS, HTML, CSS).
• Able to develop in Unix and Windows environments.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, SNMP).
• Self-driven with ability to work in a team and independently.

• Create monitoring dashboard to enhance the monitoring capabilities.
• Manage and maintain network monitoring systems and tools.
• Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.
• Understand and Integrate with system API
• Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic and coding changes.
• Test and develop programming modifications.
• Write new program code using prescribed specifications.
• Provide BAU support and enhancements to the existing system
• Provide 24x7 on call support
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent.
• Programming skills in languages such as Python, Javascript, UNIX script, SQL etc
• Familiar with web applications technologies (ReactJS, HTML, CSS etc.)
• Able to develop in both Unix and Windows environment.
• Possess basic knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, SNMP etc)
• Self-driven and ability to work as a team and independently
