Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and gather user requirements across different departments.
• Design, develop, and implement reliable business applications that meet users’ requirements.
• Perform impact analysis for business change requests.
• Document and update technical design specifications.
• Develop test plans and test scripts, and conduct test activities to ensure quality of delivered solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, development, and quality standards.
• Provide post-implementation maintenance and support for business applications.
• Collaborate with teams to design and develop solutions, including proof of concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a .NET developer; experience in NodeJS is a plus.
• Relevant experience in application development and support, with completion of 2–5 SDLC cycles in web development.
• Strong programming skills in ASP.NET, .NET Core, and C#.
• Proficient in web technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Bootstrap, REST, JSON, and XML.
• Deep knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), including MS SQL and SQL.
• Strong business process and analytical skills; able to understand business questions and communicate requirements and issues clearly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, able to interact effectively with all levels of users.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new domains and technologies.
• Good team player, able to work with stakeholders at different levels.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Highly organized with a positive attitude.
• Experience with Agile application development methodologies is a plus.
